My other business, Eat Cake Confectionery no longer has a market presence, but accepts custom orders
Now, when you see me at markets, it is as Balancing Basics. I'm easily recognized by my neck brace. This isn't temporary
About 3 years ago xrays revealed a severe neck condition, likely a result of a car accident a decade prior. Treatments have been unsuccessful, and there is no cure. This is a chronic pain, and must be managed as best as possible
I've always been a self-employed small business owner. The medical news of no longer being able to do long hours in the kitchen or offer massage treatments hit me hard. I was angry and even depressed for a while; but had to refocus, rebrand and rebuild
I'd like to thank Windsong Bohemian Market for welcoming us back when we were ready. You can find us there this Saturday 4 April
Also, thanks to Enchanted Alchemy, and now SoulCraft Sanctuary, we are stocked and available at retail outlets. This helps alleviate some of the physical strain that markets take on my body
