Cookie Dough Collagen Protein Bars😍

No bake, gluten free, quick and easy.❤️

INGREDIENTS: 👇
✅ 1/2 cup (125g) almond butter or peanut butter
✅ 1/4 cup Honey
✅ 3 teaspoons water
✅ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✅ 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
✅ 3/4 cup Alpha Female Nutrition – Beauty Shake
✅ 3/4 cup (78g) coconut flour
✅ 60g dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

HOW TO MAKE: 👩🍳
1. Line a 10cm x 16cm container with baking paper or cling film.

2. Place the almond butter, honey, water, vanilla and salt in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.

3. Add the Beauty Shake powder and coconut flour and mix to get a dough. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little extra coconut flour. If it’s too dry, add a few drops of water.

4. Mix about half of the chocolate chips into the dough. Press the mixture firmly into the lined container. Press the remaining chocolate chips into the top of the slab.

5. Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour or the freezer for 20 minutes until the mixture firms up. Once firm, remove from the container and cut into bars.

6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-3 days. If you won’t eat the bars in this time, store in the freezer and defrost in the fridge as needed.

Get snacking. 🤩

This healthy Collagen Protein Balls recipe has a creamy almond butter and collagen filling and a dark chocolate coating. These collagen bites are low carb, Paleo, Keto and great as a healthy snack or dessert. 🤤

INGREDIENTS: 👇

✅ ½ cup Almond Butter
✅ 1 Tbsp Honey
✅ ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
✅ ½ cup Alpha Female Beauty Shake (collagen powder)
✅ Pinch of Salt (optional)
✅ 85g Dark Chocolate

HOW TO MAKE: 👩‍🍳

First, combine all filling ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. If the filling is too dry and crumbly, add more nut butter. Conversely, if the filling is too runny, add more collagen.

Next, roll the dough into balls, about 1 tablespoon in size. Set the balls on a large plate or small baking sheet, then place in the freezer until firm. (This makes dipping the balls in the chocolate way easier because the filling is soft at room temperature.)

Once the balls are firm, melt the dark chocolate for the coating. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small sauce pan and melt over low heat, stirring frequently.

Once the chocolate is fully melted, grab the filling balls from the freezer. Dip them, one at a time, into the melted chocolate. Then, place them on parchment paper to set. As an option, you may add a topping before the chocolate sets.
