✨ Reshape Body and Mind is EEN jaar oud! ✨

Wat 'n jaar was dit nie.

Aan almal wat aangesluit het, ondersteun het, opgedaag het en op die bus gebly het of dalk van die bus afgeklim het, dankie!! Julle getrouheid, vertroue en toewyding is wat hierdie program in iets werklik spesiaals gevorm het.
Elke hoofstuk, elke seisoen en elke persoon het 'n rol gespeel in die groei van hierdie reis. Soms verander paaie, en dis oukei.
Hierdie jaar het nooit oor perfeksie gegaan nie, dit het oor vordering, kopskuif, volhoubare gewoontes en om weer in jouself te glo.
Ek het gesien hoe krag opgebou word, selfvertroue herstel word en lewens hervorm word.

Hier is op 2026 en verder, meer groei, meer deurbrake en om saam vorentoe te gaan

"2002: Ek en JP ontmoet en doen ‘n program saam, JP leer my alles van Radio terwyl hy droom om op TV te verskyn as Sport aanbieder, wel hy het!!
Ons het baie gelag, gebid, gedroom en so het ons vriendskap gegroei.

Destyds was kos altyd deel van kuier. Vandag staan daar biltong, neute en swart koffie op die tafel, nie omdat ons minder leef nie maar omdat ons anders d**k.
Ons het geleer, kos bind nie ’n verhouding nie maar God, liefde en roeping doen!!

From a place of struggle to strength: This is what truly worked.

- I Stopped Looking for “Quick Fixes” and Chose Consistency
I learned that there is no magic pill. Real, lasting weight loss comes from doing the boring basics consistently, even on the hard days. Small daily habits beat extreme plans every time.

- I Fixed My Mind Before I Fixed My Body
Emotional eating, self-sabotage, and negative self-talk were blocking my success. Once I worked on my mindset, my discipline became stronger and my results became permanent.
