Who is TRE for? 🌿
TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises) is for anyone with a nervous system — which means most of us.
TRE may be supportive if you:
• Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or constantly “on edge”
• Carry tension, tightness, or chronic pain in your body
• Have experienced trauma (big or small)
• Struggle to fully relax, even when life is “fine”
• Feel emotionally stuck, shut down, or easily triggered
• Are navigating life transitions like menopause, illness, grief, or change
• Want a body-based approach rather than talking everything through
TRE is gentle, natural, and works with the body’s own ability to release stored tension — no forcing, your body does the work
You don’t need to be broken to benefit from TRE.
You just need a body that’s been living life 💚
