Standaard bloedpanele is nooit ontwerp om vroeë metaboliese disfunksie op te spoor nie. Hulle is gebou om siektes op te spoor sodra dit reeds ontwikkel het; nie die subtiele verskuiwings wat jare tevore plaasvind nie ⚠️🩺

Most people think building muscle is something only gym rats or body builders focus on 🤓 But it matters a lot more than you think!

The older we get or the more time we spend on working (especially behind a desk) the less time we have to build essential muscle mass our body needs to function properly 🫠

Why is muscle important for our metabolism?

Companies hide SUGAR & FAT to make their products seem healthier.

Some names for hiding SUGAR include:
* Glucose
* Fructose
* Sucrose
* Maltose
* Dextrose
* Fruit concentrate

Some names for HEAVILY REFINED OILS:

* Hydrogenated oils
* Trans fats

These are some red flags to spot in foods:

Flavourants - Designed to make food taste better, can override natural fullness. Can encourage overeating.
