Fat loss isn’t just about how hard you train, it’s about how well you fuel your body.

You can show up, push yourself, and give 100% in every workout… but if your nutrition isn’t aligned with your goals, you’ll keep spinning your wheels. What you eat daily matters far more than what you do for one hour in the gym.

This doesn’t mean restriction or cutting out everything you enjoy. It means awareness, consistency, and learning to make choices that support where you’re trying to go.

Get your basics right:
• Prioritise whole, nutrient-dense foods
• Be mindful of portions
• Stay consistent, not perfect

Not the Pinterest version. Not the “I’ll start Monday” version. The real one.

The one where life is busy, you’re tired, things get stressful, and motivation isn’t always there. Because that’s where your results are actually built in the messy, imperfect, consistent effort.

If your goals don’t fit into your real life, they’re not sustainable. And if they’re not sustainable, they’re not going to last.

So ask yourself:
Can I do this on my hardest days?
Can I stay consistent when things feel off?
Can I show up without being perfect?
