Thank you so much for all of the ongoing support, I appreciate it! It's the final stretch- let's keep voting and sharing. Voting ends this Sunday, 14th September 2025.

I feel privileged and humbled to have walked this ongoing journey in a calling and career of healing—one that has been both deeply challenging and profoundly rewarding. Every heart and life I've been privileged to connect with, and those I will in the future, are the reason why I do what I do.

This journey has never been mine alone. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your unwavering love and support. May we continue striving for a world where healing, support, and growth—mentally and beyond—are within reach for all.

Does the year-end fatigue have you feeling like Mr Emotions is feeling today?😮‍💨

It might be important to check in on the little ones, too. Children can experience the same "big feelings" as adults do. Feelings charts are a great way to help children with expressing and naming their emotions in a way that is nonthreatening and age-appropriate. This tool can also be used during child therapy processes.

We hope you and your little ones get some much needed rest during the festive season. Remember to seek support when needed.

This World Mental Health Day, we'd like to highlight the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

According to the WHO, approx. 15% of working-age adults were estimated to be living with a mental health condition in 2019.

People living with mental health conditions are more likely to be excluded from employment, and when employed, they are more likely to experience stigma, discrimination, and inequality that further impacts their functioning.

It's important to remember that discriminating against someone because of their mental health is a violation of their rights. People living with mental health conditions have a right to participate in work fully and fairly.
