💛 Building from the inside out 💛

Clearing our Programs so our future has an anchor.

Recently I had this profound revelation about choice. We have the power to choose, and what we are not changing we are choosing...

☠️ Any habit is the underlying Program writing the script of your life.

🥂 Alcohol, in this example, has this societal connotation of 'relaxation, fun & freedom'. We see it marketed everywhere - the visual aid of 'a good life'. Anyone who has experienced the consumption of alcohol and the short-lived HIGH has also experienced the not so short-lived LOW...

This is experiential - each time we drink we hope for the outcome to remain HIGH like our psyche believes because that is the Program that is running but experientially it lets us down - time and time again. With fatigue, anxiety, regret and so on, weighing heavily on our shoulders. These are low vibrational energies which make us doubt ourselves and our worth, it's a subtle form of self-sabotage.

These reoccurring patterns keep us stuck within the Program. It is not sustainable for us to live like this! We want to thrive in this lifetime and not merely survive ✨.

And you know what? We have the power! It is the power of CHOICE.

The image of the shrub, is my observation, metaphorically speaking, of choice.

The plant itself looks like it has no life - this, for me is us making a choice to take the path leading us in the direction of a life that best suits us personally/ individually. This can require us making hard choices, lonely, isolated ones possibly. It's taking the unfamiliar path, the one less travelled, the non-conforming one which knows there has to be another way...

The yellow flowers, to me, represent, the life within us. This plant knows its worth, it knows its purpose and regardless of how barren it looks, the flower blooming is full of life 🌼.

We are all beautiful flowers ready to bloom with life and with purpose but our conditions need to be right. Our homestasis needs to be considered and we need to be able to identify what we need autonomously.

We need to re-write the story of safety by refining the foundation of our soul. Let's re-Program the Program together 🙌!

This article is yet another example of the mental illness industry trying to *pharmacologize* what is essentially a social, relational, and physiological truth.

We already know--and have known for decades--that childhood adversity shapes the nervous system. It’s not new. It’s not mysterious. It’s how human biology works.

Chronic stress during development alters brain structure, hormone regulation, and immune and inflammatory responses because a child’s body learns to adapt to unsafe environments. These are survival adaptations, not “diseases.”

The research isn’t revealing a new protein that “causes” mental illness; it’s showing a downstream biological marker of chronic threat and dysregulation.

But here’s the problem: acknowledging this truth would require the entire system to change.
It would mean admitting that what we call “mental illness” is often the predictable outcome of trauma, neglect, inequality, and social disconnection. It would mean investing in safe communities, trauma-informed education, social repair, and policies that support human nervous systems instead of overwhelming them.

That doesn’t make billions of dollars. Drugs do. So the mental illness industry keeps reducing the problem to “bad brain chemistry” and promising that the next pill or protein-targeting drug will fix it.

The real fix--community care, relational repair, regulation support, safety, and systemic justice--doesn’t fit into a medical billing code. It challenges power and profit. So instead of transforming the conditions that cause dysregulation, the mental illness industry keeps pathologizing its effects.

That’s how the system protects itself: by medicalizing human suffering instead of addressing the culture that produces it. For profit. That is gaslighting and mass exploitation.
