Come this November I will be cycling the 947 Ride Joburg cycle race for CHOC in support of children’s cancer. I will be attempting to do the double (ride it once then do it all over again) as part of the apocalypse cows and need to raise money for CHOC. Any sponsors or donations would be greatly appreciated. All donations will go towards a great cause and one that is very close to my heart.

I will be hosting a spinathon at the victory park Virgin Active in September so please look out for the details for this, they will b coming out soon.
