I love teaching pregnancy, yin and flow yoga online. I get to interact with students from all cities and spaces within my home country, but also from Dubai, London, Portugal, Zimbabwe, Mozambique…
When the world shut down with the lockdowns, many windows of opportunity opened for me. I found the transition to online teaching easeful and very enjoyable. Relationships deepened as I connected with people locked inside their homes, taking time for longer conversations as I wasn’t rushing between studios, school, therapy rooms and sitting in traffic. I realised I could do this from anywhere, so why not on a beautiful farm in the mountains?
I have deep gratitude for being able to continue doing what I love: teaching, CranioSacral therapy (much less often that I used to but this is slowly changing), taking people on healing medicine journeys over the mountain, helping families uplevel health with dōTERRA essential oils. I’m also learning new skills as I am now in training to become a Midwife and of course learning to farm is enlivening and elevating for my soul.
I have only gratitude.

This year I am offering my super informative and practical workshop over 3 week day evenings, 2 hour sessions each evening… not cutting into precious weekend time.
