The clean floor can wait… this is where the real magic happens!✨

Messy food play might look chaotic, but it’s actually one of the most powerful ways your baby learns. Through touch, taste, smell, and movement, they’re making sense of the world around them.

It helps build their sensory system, strengthens fine motor skills (those tiny hand movements they’ll use later for things like holding cutlery), and even supports early problem-solving and curiosity.

That’s why we include lots of messy play in our classes, so you can feel confident guiding these moments at home too.🤎

Did you know babies love high-contrast patterns? Those bold black and white dots aren’t just cute - they help support visual development, focus, and early cognitive growth.

As babies grow, these activities evolve from simple looking to grabbing, tracking, and playful exploration.

Today we explored how parents can join in the fun and support their baby’s development through interactive play. 🩷
