And yet, beneath the surface, they live with constant tension, overthinking, and a nervous system that never quite switches off.

I work with high-achieving professionals who experience high-functioning anxiety - the kind that doesn’t stop you from performing, but quietly erodes your energy, clarity, and enjoyment of life.
This is not therapy and it’s not motivational coaching.
My work is neuro-informed, body-based coaching that helps you:

Anxiety is not a personality flaw. In high-functioning people, it’s often a fast, capable mind operating without adequate nervous system regulation.
My approach is structured, practical, and grounded in neuroscience-based principles. We work with anxiety skillfully; through Acceptance, Awareness, and Action - so calm becomes a trainable skill, not something you’re hoping will magically appear.
I offer 1:1 coaching for professionals who are functioning well, but feel constantly on edge, and who want tools they can actually use in daily life.
