Our Near Infrared Sauna is a private, one-person recovery experience, offered on selected days when the sauna is set up in the studio.

To ensure a calm flow in the space and minimise setup changes, the sauna is available on:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Each session is private and booked per person.
