-In case of emergencies or if doc is going away.
-Most Doctors don’t work full time anymore so we assist with part time Doctors or Clinical Associates to cover the days Doc is not busy.

Staff placements
-We deal with trained staff that was inducted by our Managing Director that has been in the industry for more than 10 years now.
- We also offer our staff Manuals that were created by us, so that if they can refer to them anytime when they need help.

Debt Collection
-We collect outstanding balances from the medical aid then if the medical aid cant pay we collect from the clients.
-Kindly note that the collections goes straight to the doctor’s account we will provide POP from the patients for our payments.

- Marketing of social platforms
-Clinical growth strategies
-Managing of staff
-clinical orders

-Confirmation of funds
-Process Claims
-Follow up with medical aid’s for payments
