I have spent a large portion of my adult life, studying a variety of tools and systems to enable self-knowledge, and understanding. I have worked in the realm of counselling and spiritual therapy for the past 15 years. I use a foundation of empathy and intuition to guide my clients to a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them; However, the approach is spiritual in nature, the tools and mechanisms to growth and understanding are practical and grounded in every-day life and understanding. This equips my clients with a range of practical life skills learned from both my own experience and those of the people with whom I have worked.

I have used the art and science of hand analysis (chirology) to work with, heal and counsel clients for 15 years. In addition to seeing regular clients, I also teach both Chirology and Tarot Counselling.

I have worked with people for many years. I have kept current with studying many different systems as diverse as Reflexology and Meridian Therapy to Ka-Huna Massage, and several other physical touch healing modalities. All these teachings from various practices have evolved into a body of knowledge, which I draw on and use in my work with clients. I have authored several articles on topics related to practical self-understanding. More recently, I have been working in sexual and sensual healing as so many people are wounded, confused, or unable to find what really works for them in this area of life. As this has been the area of the biggest challenge for me, it has also been the most instructive, and therefore I can share this with others.
