With recreational cannabis becoming popular one needs to pay attention to the risks associated with long term use of THC/ma*****na. These risks are in stark contrast from the bone density increases gained from using CBD-oils with no THC, like what you get from h**p.

Purchasing and selling dagga, or products made from dagga like oils, topicals or edibles, will remain a crime with harsh repercussions. Medical cannabis will be a strictly pharmaceutical run operation with licensing for both the seller AND buyer just like with ANY scheduled drug; whereas h**p products are legal without the purchaser needing prescription as long as the h**p products meet the requirements of the law, which is that the origin h**p crop used for the h**p product being purchased MUST be from a licensed grower, whether international, or local (once local h**p licenses are allowed/issued).

The purchase and selling of cannabis will remain a criminal offence with jail sentences.

NEWS: H**p products and Medical cannabis to be allowed better market conditions in 2020 in South Africa according to the state of the nation address.

This means we should see h**p being allowed to be used without much restrictions because of its low/no THC, as it should be.

It will entail tight regulations on medical cannabis because of its THC content, which means licensing of both producers and users alike to be able to purchase/use it.

A great move forward for an industry that can create many jobs!

The move will provide opportunities for small-scale farmers and put industry in line with global trends

Researchers followed meat, poultry, and fish intake for participants across six cohort studies and tracked coronary heart disease, stroke, and heart failure incidence rates and disease-related mortality. Two or more servings of processed meat, red meat, or poultry incrementally increased the risk for cardiovascular disease, compared with no consumption. Consumption of both processed meat and red meat increased the risk of death from heart disease. These results remain significant even after adjusting for several covariates across study designs.
