Today reminds us that healing — whether personal or collective — is not about pretending the past didn’t hurt.

It’s about acknowledging the pain, holding compassion for one another, and choosing to move forward together.

Just as in our own lives, reconciliation begins with listening, empathy, and the courage to soften where we’ve been guarded.

May today invite us to: • be gentler with ourselves
• kinder to each other
• and more open to connection

Because true wellness isn’t just physical or mental —
it’s relational.
It’s belonging.
It’s remembering that our shared humanity is stronger than our differences.
