You don't need to be a genetic freak, you don't need to do all sorts of over complicated training methods or crash diets... However, what you do need is a "never give up" attitude and a hunger for success, followed by some consistency🔥

Amy Chardoney Pieterse started her journey in February, and in June we decided to switch the focus to putting her on stage... And the rest is history... She will be stepping on stage at the end of November, and she's going to absolutely smash it 👌💣
