This quote has been moving in me a lot this January… it’s a favourite quote of mine, and one that always feels relevant to so many parts of ones life…. doing the ‘hard stuff anyway’ and finding those magical nuggets and not quick fixes, that can be comparative of Leprechaun gold, which vanishes in a few moments. The nuggets found when showing up and doing ‘the work’ – those are golden, with a lingering bright shine!
When partnering with animals, they too push us beyond our comfort zones – either through ‘behaviour challenges’ or sometimes health journeys – calling us to look deeper, gain more understanding; and along with their guidance to grow – beyond our comfort zones. Had it not been for ‘my’ Sophia dog and her ‘challenges’, it is unlikely that I would have sought out animal communication to support us – to demystify her confusing and often frustrating ‘messages’. Which at the time was perceived largely as ‘behavioural issues’…
Thankfully, once stepping out of that comfort zone of preconceived ideas, we found magic – and this step into the unknown has largely determined my past 12 plus years, igniting my own journey to becoming a professionally trained animal communicator, and so much more than I could ever have dreamed…
