I Studied BCom at the University of Stellenbosch, also my Hometown and graduated in 2004.
I were in the Wedding Industry after I graduated, and were one of the owners of a Catering and Wedding venue, as well as a Family business which is a Florist. My passion and hobby is still Flowers and creating beauty with it, which I love to do in my spare time.
I have been in the Financial Industry since 1 May 2015 where I started my career as Financial Advisor at Liberty Life.
I love this journey with my clients and the wonderful new friends I have made along the way. I become part of a family doing such an important job to ensure that all their Financial planning is in place, should the unpredictable happen. Many of my clients become good friends and I cherish every moment, how lucky am I to have such an incredible job!
It is really important to me that my clients understand the whole Financial planning process and I always try explain it in the easiest way possible.
I joined Dux Solutions in October 2018 as I realized my clients needed more than one company offering. This also gave me the option to first give Financial advise and then choose the best product offering suiting their need.
I work from both my offices based in Stellenbosch and Paarl.
I can assist with all Long Term product offerings including Life cover, Disability cover, Income protection, Retrenchment protection and Dread Disease cover. I also focus on Pre-Retirement planning and Post-retirement planning as well as Investments.
In my career I have learned how important Financial coaching is, assisting my clients with a monthly budget if needed and saving towards a goal. I can also assist with Investments, TAX free savings vehicles and Unit Trusts - as well as Education savings plans.
Another area I can assist with, is various Medical Aids and GAP Cover. There are so many Medical Aid options, and it can become really daunting if you do not know what to choose. I can assist you with different options, by assessing your real need and budget. Together we select the best option for you.
April 2018, IF Administrators Pty Ltd launched a new Short Term Wedding Insurance - WEDsafe Wedding Insurance, that I helped develop with Fiona Fitzpatrick and another member. It was a dream come true! This is a first in South Africa and makes me so excited to be part of this amazing product and venture.
