Transformation Tuesday: From a Skinny Obsession to Finding Self-Love
Looking back, I realize how wrong my thinking was. At first, I just wanted to be thin. I believed that the skinnier I was, the better things would be. But I was wrong. I didn't feel any better about myself, and in fact, I hated myself even more.
That's when I realized that something needed to change. I needed to shift my focus away from my weight and start taking care of my body in a healthy way. I needed to find a coach who understood me and could help me achieve my goals in a way that felt right for me.
And that's exactly what I did. I found a coach who not only helped me get in shape physically, but also helped me develop a more positive mindset. She taught me how to listen to my body and honor its needs, rather than punishing it for not being perfect.
Through her guidance and support, I began to see myself in a new light. I no longer felt the need to be skinny or perfect. Instead, I focused on being strong and healthy, both physically and mentally.
And the results have been amazing. I feel better than I ever have before. I'm no longer obsessed with my weight or my appearance. Instead, I'm focused on living my best life and being the best version of myself.
