I also absolutely love using EFT/Tapping, play and art tools, the Journey Method and other protocols like NLP and Hypnotherapy in my counselling sessions. With my qualifications and experience over 25 years we can work through your challenges. I am specialising in Grief Counselling. I am also an accredited Relationship Coach and can therefore couples are very welcome to book a session with me. I support you further by giving you additional science based exercises after our counselling session to anchor the work deeper. This way we can work together to a better and emotional healthier u

Good Morning and welcome to the first day of December.
Me Time Cafe Santa Letter Ritual
We have a meaningful ritual to start December with — gentle, intentional, and playful — that helps you connect with your hopes for 2026.
Envelope and Safekeeping Instructions
Fold the letter and place it in an envelope.
Write your full name and phone number clearly on the top of the envelope.
Hand it in with (Bibi) for safekeeping, so your participation feels appreciated and your intentions are honoured.
Return in December 2026 to open your letter and celebrate what came true.
At Me Time Cafe, during December, we have a quiet corner with soft music and a pen set to encourage reflection.
Enjoy your cake and cappuccino after the letter is written, it is a small celebration of intention.

Santa asked us to help with last‑minute toy orders, deliveries and setting up for a special dinner for the elves, fairies and Santa’s helpers. Because of this, we will be closed on the following days during the festive season.
