It’s not betraying you..It’s not broken.⁣
It’s transitioning!! 🦋⁣
And yes - transitions are messy.⁣
Hormones wobble. Sleep gets temperamental. Fat distribution starts freelancing.😅⁣
Energy comes and goes like an unreliable Wi-Fi signal.😂⁣
But none of this means you’re failing.⁣
It means your physiology is changing chapters.⁣

Here’s the shift that changes everything ⁣

The pace. The distance. The quiet voice asking “why are we doing this again?”⁣
And then I do it anyway.😅⁣
Here’s the thing: I don’t train because it’s easy.⁣
I train to prove that I can do hard things.⁣
It’s never glamorous in the moment.⁣
It’s sweaty, uncomfortable and sometimes maybe slightly dramatic. 😅⁣
But the reward comes afterwards when you realise you didn’t quit on yourself.⁣
If your training, or any challenge in life, scares you - good!⁣
That’s where growth lives.⁣
