It’s been said that there are three sides to every story; my story, your story, and the truth is in between the two.

As humans, conflict is inevitable, however drama is not, drama does not exist without our participation.

Drama is perpetuated by gossip, maliciously spinning our story to gain the approval of others.

To make ourselves right and others wrong.

Most people want to make you responsible for how they feel. And if they don’t have the courage to speak to you, they speak up to others.

And no one looks good trying to make someone else look bad, and if they do, there’s work to do there.

At one time, we’ve all consciously or unconsciously participated in and or perpetuated drama.

But we can choose better, to, in the words of Don Miguel Ruiz ‘ be impeccable with our word’

“Be impeccable with your word really means never use the power of the word against yourself. When you're impeccable with your word, you never betray yourself. You never use the word to gossip about yourself or to spread emotional poison by gossiping about other people.”
