Worrying that therapy (or self-care) might not work for you? Thats fair (but also) there’s a solid foundation of science behind its success.

The brain’s neurochemical balance can be influenced by consistent therapeutic practices and self-care routines. These routines help to retrain your brain’s responses, while meditation & exercise can boost neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine—key players in mood regulation.

Even if progress feels slow, these small, consistent efforts can create meaningful changes in your brain chemistry over time.

You have the ability to heal and grow, one step at a time.

Feeling overwhelm from unhelpful thoughts? Develop your problem-solving skills.

Step1: Break them down into specific, but bite-sizes pieces.
This helps you to understand them better, so you can address them more effectively. 🔍📝

Step 2: Brainstorm solutions to challenge & reframe these thoughts.
No judgement allowed though. We're just looking for new & different points of view.💡

Step 3: Play a game of pros and cons for each solution.
Then, pick the best approach FOR YOU. ⚖️✨

Step 4: Take action. And, implement the solution (step-by-step).
Taking action turns your strategies into reality. 🚀🛠️

By doing the above, you're not just tackling overwhelm - you're flexing those rational decision-making skills! Because let's face it, sometimes those self-defeating thoughts are just our fears pretending to be facts.

What negative thoughts will you tackle today? 🌟💬

Feeling like you're walking on a tightrope without a safety net?

Let's face it, life can sometimes feel like a juggling act gone wrong. But thats actually a good thing. Why?

Because it helps you spot when you're off-balance. That's the first step to getting back on solid ground. 🌟

So, what does "off balance" look like?

• Feeling overwhelmed (like you're drowning in a sea of tasks)
• Stress levels through the roof (hello, tension headaches!)
• Disconnected from yourself or others (as if you're watching life through a foggy window)

Once you spot these signs, you're already on the path to recovery! 🎉

Now, follow this plan of action.
1. Hit the Pause Button. Take a moment to breath, step away from the chaos and take 5 minutes for yourself.

2. Reshuffle Your Schedule: Is there anything you can delegate, delay, or delete from your tasks today?

3. Call in the Cavalry: Whether it's a friend, family member, or professional, talking it out can work wonders.

Remember, acknowledging that you're off balance isn't a sign of weakness – it's a strength 💪

How do you know when you're off balance? What's your go-to strategy for finding your centre again?🧘‍♀️💬

During difficult times, be kind to yourself.

Here's how:

1. It's totally okay to feel upset or frustrated. Don't push those feelings away.
2. Try talking to yourself like you would to a good friend. We're often our own harshest critics!
3. Do something that makes you happy - read a book, take a walk, or call a friend.
4. Learn to forgive yourself. We all make mistakes, it's part of being human.
5. Focus on the present moment. Sometimes we get caught up worrying about the future, or the past.
6. Celebrate your efforts, not just the results. You're trying, and that counts for a lot!

You YOURSELF, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love, affection and kindness.

Follow for more.

Progress is Progress, no matter how tiny. 🌱👣"

We all can get caught up in the GO BIG OR GO HOME mentality? But let's hit PAUSE on that for a sec. Picture this:

You're hiking up a mountain. Every step, no matter how small, is getting you closer to that breathtaking view at the top.

That's exactly how personal growth works, small steps! 🏔️ So, how do we do it?

1. Celebrate those baby steps! 🐾 Did you, speak up in a meeting when you usually stay quiet? High Five!

2. Growth loves movement 🚀 Once you've celebrated, ask yourself, what's my next small step?"

3. But Beware, It's Cozy In Our Comfort Zones 🕳️This not where the magic happens. Challenge yourself, even in the tiniest ways.

And Remember, you're not alone on this journey. We're right here, cheering you on. So, what small step are you taking today? 🌱💪

Feeling like your to-do list is a never-ending mountain? No stress, let's tackle the overwhelm together!

1. Firstly, Spotlight Your VIPs (Very Important Priorities): 🔍
Take a deep breath and look at your list. Which tasks are waving their arms saying "Me first!"? These are your high-priority gems.

2. Slice That Pizza 🍕 (Break Down Big Tasks):
Got a task that feels as big as a house? Let's turn it into a cute little apartment complex! Break it down into smaller, cozier steps. See, it's not so scary anymore, right?

3. One Dance Move at a Time 💃:
Remember when you were learning that TikTok dance? You didn't do all the moves at once! Same goes for tasks. Focus on one move at a time.

Remember, prioritising isn't just about getting things done - its a form of self care. It's about being kinder to yourself and your mental wellbeing.

Now, we'd love to hear from you! What's your secret sauce for tackling your to-do list?🌱💕

Doubts whisper, but courage ROARS.

Let's Imagine that self-doubt as a really overprotective friend. Sometimes we need to gently say to, "Thanks for looking out for me, but I've actually got this!" 🙌

Here's a little challenge for you:

Next time you're doubting yourself, try saying one kind thing to yourself out loud. It might feel silly at first, but it works. 💕

Remember, every time you push past that doubt, even just a tiny bit, you're growing. And the more you do it, the stronger you get!

What's one small way you'll show self-doubt the door today? Maybe it's trying that new recipe, speaking up in a meeting, or wearing that outfit YOU LOVE but always hesitate to put on.

Share your small victory in the comments - let's celebrate each other's courage! 🎉 We got this!

From Groggy To Grounded.

Ever feel like you're rushing through your mornings on autopilot? Here's a 5 minute exercise to create a mindful morning, without adding stress to your already busy day.

1. Find Your Zen Zone: 🧘‍♀️🌿
Carve out a quiet corner in your home, or office. It doesn't need to be fancy - just a spot where you can sit comfortably without distractions.

2. Time It Right: ⏰✨
Set a timer for 5 minutes. That's it! It's short enough to fit into any schedule but long enough to make a difference.

3. Breathe Like You Mean It: 🌬️💖
Take deep breaths through your nose, hold for a moment, then slowly exhale through your mouth. Focus on the rhythm - and feel yourself get centred.

4. Plant Positive Seeds: 📝🌟
Set an intention for your day. Something simple like "I'll approach today with gratitude" can work wonders.

5. Stick With It: 📆🌱
Try to practice at the same time each day. Before you know it, it'll be as natural as brushing your teeth!

By adding this 5-minute mindfulness practice to your mornings, you're gifting yourself a calmer, more centred start to the day.

So, what do you say? Ready to turn your groggy mornings into grounded ones?

Powerless? Nope, you're the pilot 🛩️

When life feels like it's spinning out of control, REMEMBER you've got more power than you think. Here's a toolkit to flip you the script and reclaim your stride.

1. Attitude: Choose to soar above the storm. Instead of getting caught in the downpour of negatives, look for the growth opportunities. 🌈🔍

2. Response: You can't always pick what life serves, but you can choose how to digest it. Take a breath, count to ten, then respond. . 😤➡️😌

3. Routine: Create your daily playlist of stability. Mix in some exercise, a dash of reading, and a sprinkle of quality time with your favourite humans. 📅💆‍♂️

These steps aren't just feel-good fluff. They're your resilience builders.💪🧠

So, what's your power move for today? Share your go-to strategy with the fam.

Self-care isn't selfish, it's essential.

When you honour your needs, others will follow suit (even if it takes them a minute to catch up). Here's your game plan moving forward:

1. Know your energy equation: Identify what drains you and what recharges you. It's your personal power audit. 🔋

2. Speak your truth: Use "I" statements to express your needs clearly. "I need some me-time to recharge" works wonders. 🗣️

3. Stand your ground: Once you've set a boundary, stick to it. Consistency is key, even when others push back. 🛡️

Why this matters:
It's a confidence booster: Respecting your own needs reminds you of your worth.

And,

It builds better relationships: Clear communication fosters mutual respect. 🤝

Remember, sometimes putting yourself first is the most responsible thing you can do, like putting on your oxygen mask. So, what boundary do you need to strengthen?
