Behind the delicious brownies, cakes, and chocolate treats in our deli fridge is the wonderful Kelly Jeffery, founder of Cravings Bakery and a local resident of Sun Valley.

Kelly is a trained pastry chef whose journey into allergen-friendly baking began with her own health story. After being diagnosed with PCOS in 2010, she struggled to find treats that suited her dietary needs without compromising on flavour. So she decided to create her own.

What started with a small range of rusks and cookies quickly grew into something much bigger. Today, the Cravings kitchen is a certified allergy-free zone, producing treats that are:

✨ Palm oil free

Our Quest

All Things Earthly is your local organic and ethical grocery shop, offering integrative living made easy. We offer customers locally grown produce, chemical- and preservative-free groceries, cruelty-free body care and eco-household products. All of our products are healthy alternatives to the products available at conventional supermarket chains. Our flag ship store at The Noordhoek Farm Village in Cape Town serves the local community, as well as the rest of the Southern Peninsula.

All Things Earthly aims to bring together a community of conscious consumers who make well informed decisions about their food, lifestyle and environmental impact. Integrative living is a journey that includes mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Objectives: 1. Convenience - everything in one shop, opening hours 7 days per week 2. Location - be the local organic shop in the area 3. Knowledge sharing - provided in store by our trained staff| 4. Carefully selected products – all our products are organic, locally produced, eco friendly, and free from chemicals and preservatives

We are Talitha Kotze (from Healthy Kids are Cool) and Diane Willson du Toit (from Knōsh Earth Food and Terra Mammas). We are two highly driven women who already run our own businesses, as we multitask our roles as moms, wives, sisters, daughters, friends and purposeful spirits of the universe.
