We're grateful to have indoor venues to train in for both the Sunrise and StrongA Sessions on the days that the weather doesn't play along. If the rain hampers your regular outdoor cycle or run routine, why not drop in for a strength session instead. We have a drop-in option where you can attend a single session at any time - no obligation. 💛

Visit www.likeagirl.fit and click on either the Sunrise Sessions or StrongA Sessions link, fill out your details, and then select the "drop-in" option. For the Sunrise Sessions, by 8pm the night before. For the StrongA Sessions, by 12pm on the day. 😉

🦋 Banded Butterfly Bridges at the Sunrise Sessions this morning (yes, I know it's a moth 😜), and this guy fluttered in to remind us that growth is a process.

Instead of setting a weight-loss goal for 2025, ask yourself: "How does a 10kg lighter version of me live daily?" then, make it your goal to live like that now.

I am always for performance related goals over aesthetic ones, but the same concept applies... pick a few simple daily actions that lead to a stronger you, a healthier you, a more energized you, a leaner you.

It takes an intentional lifestyle to maintain a result, not an 8-week challenge.
