Another full weekend of Teaching, connecting and special me moments 🩷
Friday Staff party with the team and our yearly photo and the crazy gift game , always some interesting surprises.
Saturday morning breakfast and coffee enjoying and exploring simonstown my current hood , evening with friends and Sunday with the YTT students our final day of before they present their Yoga teaching assessments next week.
I am blessed to be able to love what I do and to have beautiful people in my life.

Fun day Active Claremont LIVE event today. Started with reformer Pilates class my new obsession ❤️ followed by Heated flow 🔥 ending with Sound Bath , smoothies and prize giving.
