When I began women’s work 10 years ago, I felt an incredible confidence boost. Demand was high. I was celebrated. My work with yoni eggs was being seen and loved.

And yes, it felt good… for a moment. But it didn’t fill the deeper gap. Because real fulfilment doesn’t come from what others say about us—it comes from how we relate to ourselves.

Over the years, I’ve learned:
