I have been attending Perfect New You Clinic for only seven months and already feel so good. I have lost 10 kg and over a 100 centimetres, I sleep very well, and I feel much more energetic.
My eating habits have changed since coming to this clinic, and my blood pressure has dropped from what it used to be. Listening to the lectures about food really motivated and inspired me to lose weight.

Dear Nalini I would like to thank you for all your help during my weight loss session. For the past seven months I felt so depressed and angry with myself. Everytime I looked at food I thought to myself " I am so fat why am I even thinking of eating". It was becoming a major problem for me. I could only use track suits and I was getting so sick and tired of it. I wanted to wear my jeans but the buttons would not close and all the other clothes I used to fit in. I know that the operations I had contributed to the weight gain but I could not handle it. It may sound like I am over exaggerating the whole "fat situation" but I need help desperately. Then you called me at a point when I really was depressed, I guess. I needed your guidance on how to eat healthy and not to starve myself which did more damage. Your do not know how greatful I am to you. I am glad your eating plan caters for indians. I needed a diet like this because I loved my indian food. I wish you all the best to you and your family. Hi I am Selina

I started just Monday the and I am happy to say I have lost 1.2 kg and 14cm in 1 week

I had 3 knee operations in 8 months. For 10months I have been in pain day and night. In June had blood tests done and results was not good.
I wasted money 2 months in a row paying for 2 doctors it was R8000 and they told me they cannot do anything.
I decided to ask Nalini for details for the branch in Phoenix.
I contacted Latisha and booked at the clinic.
My first day of treatment the very next day I had no pain and I started walking.
That feeling of having no pain and walking normal I was the most happiest person.
I am so grateful that I have started going to the clinic.
Even the people at work were so happy for me that I was walking after so long

My research into PERFECT NEW YOU HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER (without anyone knowing ) START: Registration went well. Was explained about the step by step programme + 7 steps to Nutrition + Treatments + what to expect on my first day and during the month +was explained about contract + was given a list of what I need for my day and to start. Was asked to only buy bread and a sweetener. ( No extra cost that's great ). FIRST DAY: Feeling very uncomfortable, scared and shy to remove my clothes to measure and weigh. Staff very good and helpful. Everything was disinfected in front of you before I was put on. Was explained that I need to listen to lecture and make notes if I want. ( Lecture was very good it explained everything in detail ) I could actually eat normal food. Not sure what I was scared about. Staff kept checking on me if I was ok and if I needed anything. After Diet was made to suit my times of getting up and sleeping. My first week I lost 1 kg and 23cm. That was motivating. DURING: I felt very difficult in the beginning. But as the time progressed you adapt to your new way of eating and you can actually feel the difference in your clothing and body. Step by step has the days went by I was taught like a child in nursery school every thing about nutrition although the lectures are long, every bit is interesting. You become more aware of nutritional information and what you put in your mouth. You actually begin to eat healthy and be healthy without even thinking about it. My 4 th week I could actually eat a chocolate or a magnum that was exciting. I also cheated with a party and I over indulged. I was even taught how to cover up after a cheat. Overall its a very good programme. My favorite lecture was Nalini's motivation about how the clinic began and what made her start it. Truly inspiring. Nalini you are an amazing woman so calm and so much of patience. I am not sure how you cope with so many woman around you and every one wanting your time. Nalini I have to say this to you i loved you in your sari's. My weight loss was 3.2kg and 81cm. I could have lost more but I cheated on the programme. I am hardly overweight but I lost so much. Overall I find this programme very educational every person should go and learn about nutrition not only when you are sick or overweight. Keep up the good work Nalini.
