The University Teaching Hospitals yesterday made yet another milestone when it successfully conducted Kidney transplant surgery- first of its kind. This is a gift to the country as it celebrated its 54th Independence Anniversary. The Minister of Health, Honourable Dr Chitalu Chilufya this evening visited the Kidney recipient and donor in the UTHs’ ICU. The clients are very stable. We thank the Lord for this. /UTHs
