The Ingredients below makes you this soft Vanilla flavoured Cake...😊😊😊

Ingredients:
- Dry:
- 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- Wet:
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter (room temperature)
- ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120ml) whole milk (room temperature)

Instructions:
1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
3. Cream butter & sugar: Beat butter and sugar until light/fluffy (2–3 mins).
4. Add eggs & vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla.
5. Combine wet & dry: Alternate adding flour mixture and milk to the batter (3 parts flour, 2 parts milk). Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
6. Bake: Pour batter into pan. Bake 25–30 mins until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Cool: Let cake cool in pan for 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.

BAKING BLUEBERRY YEGHURT CAKE

Ingredients For the Cake:

- 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120g) plain or Greek yogurt
- 1½ cups (200g) fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)

For the Glaze (Optional)
- ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk or lemon juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prep & Preheat:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease and flour an 8-inch (20cm) round or loaf pan, or line with parchment paper.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3. Cream Butter & Sugar:
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 mins).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla.

4. Alternate Wet & Dry Ingredients:
- Mix in half the flour mixture, then yogurt, then the remaining flour. Do not overmix.

5. Fold in Blueberries:
- Gently fold in blueberries (if using frozen, toss in 1 tbsp flour first to prevent sinking).

6. Bake:
- Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–55 mins (until a toothpick comes out clean).
- Cool in the pan for 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.

7. Glaze (Optional):
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk/lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.

Tips:
- For extra flavor, add 1 tsp lemon zest to the batter.
- Swap blueberries with raspberries or blackberries.
- Storage: Keep covered at room temp for 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Vanilla Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whole milk

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix just until combined.

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Frost with your favorite vanilla frosting and enjoy
