The Ingredients below makes you this soft Vanilla flavoured Cake...😊😊😊
Ingredients:
- Dry:
- 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- Wet:
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter (room temperature)
- ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120ml) whole milk (room temperature)
Instructions:
1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
3. Cream butter & sugar: Beat butter and sugar until light/fluffy (2–3 mins).
4. Add eggs & vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla.
5. Combine wet & dry: Alternate adding flour mixture and milk to the batter (3 parts flour, 2 parts milk). Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
6. Bake: Pour batter into pan. Bake 25–30 mins until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Cool: Let cake cool in pan for 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.
