Three men, one mission, zero chill 😭😂 — in the middle we have Hanman the Physio, standing like a textbook definition of “professional seriousness,” looking like he’s about to explain posture, core stability, and why you’ve been sitting wrongly since 2003. On the left, arms folded with maximum confidence, is another Physio, clearly saying “I don’t need to touch the patient, I already know the diagnosis” energy — the kind of guy who fixes back pain just by looking at you. And then on the right… Gad the Clinician 😎🔥 — smiling like he already wrote the prescription, ordered the labs, and still has time to laugh at your excuses for not improving. This picture looks like a hospital Avengers lineup: Physios ready to stretch you whether you like it or not, and the clinician ready to confirm that yes, it is your fault for not following instructions. If confidence was medicine, this photo would heal people instantly 💀😂

WHAT PHYSIOTHERAPY HAS TAUGHT ME WHICH CAN BE APPLIED TO REAL LIFE

Life doesn’t reward impatience, and physiotherapy just exposes that truth early. It teaches you that progress is slow, unsexy, and very disrespectful to your timelines 😅 You don’t improve because you tried once. You improve because you kept showing up even when nothing seemed to be changing. Same thing in real life: careers don’t explode overnight, bodies don’t transform in a week, and discipline isn’t downloaded on Monday morning. It’s built by doing small, boring things consistently… whether you like it or not.

It also teaches functional thinking, which in real life means asking, “Does this actually help me survive daily life?” not “Does this sound smart when I explain it?” Nobody cares about your 10-step master plan if you can’t wake up on time, manage your responsibilities, or make it through the week without emotional damage 😂 Real success is being able to function, adapt, and move on when life throws nonsense at you and still show up the next day.

Remember,it's about ;
patience, consistency, discipline and thinking outside the box and repetition

I wonder how everyone is talking about EVELYN HONE COLLEGE having Poor sanitation when we have the best hostels ever in this country. Just look at these KARIBA HOSTELS. Do you all honestly think these hostels have bad toilets? 🙄🙄.

MWANSABOMBWE BOY, 6, LOSES ARM AFTER PARENTS APPLY TRADITIONAL HERBS TO OPEN FRACTURE.

‎By Joan Musabila

‎A 6-year-old boy of Mwansabombwe District in Luapula Province has had his upper right arm amputated after his parents applied traditional medicine and herbs to his wound.

‎The child reportedly fell from a tree and sustained an open fracture, which later became infected by rotting, producing foul-smelling pus, and developing blisters.

‎Mansa General Hospital Consultant Surgeon Dr. Tazrussell Mwenya says the use of traditional herbs worsened the condition and ultimately led to the amputation.

‎Dr. Mwenya expressed concern, noting that the boy’s arm could have been saved if he had been brought for medical treatment earlier.

‎He has since urged parents and guardians to seek professional medical care promptly to prevent avoidable complications and procedures.
