OVARIAN CYSTS

Ovarian cysts are fluid-filled sacs or pockets within or on the surface of an o***y. Women have two ovaries- each about the size and shape of an almond located on each side of the uterus. 6 WAYS TO PREVENT HEARTBURN AND ACID REFLUX
Heartburn and acid reflux are common problems with statistics showing that thousands of people suffer from this problem yearly. Common signs of heartburn and acid reflux include; abdominal pain, chest pain, burning sensation, etc.

How To Prevent Heartburn And Acid Reflux?

1 Sleep On Your Left Side: some people usually experience acid reflux and heartburn at night and if you are one of such people, it is advisable that you sleep on your left side at least until your symptoms stop.

Sleeping on your left side prevents acids from entering your esophagus which will, in turn, protect you from acid reflux.

2 Eat Your Supper Earlier: eating late can worsen heartburn and acid reflux because there is a high possibility that if you eat late, you will go to bed before your food digests.

Laying down makes it difficult for food to digest which can cause acid reflux and heartburn. Eat at least three hours before your bedtime.
