Did you know that this plant is an edible plant?l have always thought of this plant as a flower.lol and poisonous,little did I know that it is packed with Healthy benefits and goodness.
Here is what I found..

Aloevera juice has amazing benefits but its potential to improve our health at household level has been underutilized. I have personally used Aloevera for healing wounds and burns and probably you too.
In my country Zambia,the climatic conditions for growing Aloevera are excellent but unfortunately, very few people grow it and know about its amazing benefits.

A healthy body starts from what we eat. Foods that we eat everyday have a positive or negative effect on our bodies. Healthy foods like fruits, nuts and vegetables can transform our lives if we eat them regularly and in right amounts.Drinking lots of warm water especially early in the morning is also key to a healthy lifestyle.
I have had my own healthy challenges,we all do in one way or the other, but with a healthy lifestyle we can all live a healthy and happy life despite our challenges health wise.
I have created this page so that we can talk about the positive and negative impacts of the foods we are eating as a people. Also to share ideas on to keep ourselves and our families healthy .
