Egg Whites
Eggs are a rich source of protein. For stretch marks, you want to use only the egg whites, which contain amino acids and proteins.

Why Does S***m Flow Back And Out From The Va**na After Sexual In*******se?

This is a nightmare for many women, as many of them are not able to get pregnant.

Back flow of semen following in*******se may be caused by several factors.
1. Mostly due to liquefaction of semen (change in consistency) with time after ej*******on.

2. Partner's large amount of ej*******on following abstinence for few days

3. More watery ej*******on state

4. Increased cervical or va**nal secretion following your highly aroused state

5. Increased va**nal temperature

Flow-back from these causes may not impact on your chances of conception. You need not to be worried regarding this. Just enjoy your normal s*x life.

You can opt for some measures like lifting your hips or taking a pillow behind buttock after his ej*******on which may prevent back flow to some extent. Maintain your ge***al hygiene before and after each s*xual activity.

HOWEVER THERE ARE OTHER CAUSES THAT MAYBE MORE PROBLEMATIC.

1. Antis***m antibody
The man or the woman (or both) may produce antis***m antibody. This is a chemical substance produced by the immune system which misrecognises the s***m as an enemy and goes all out to attack. If antis***m antibodies come from the man, the tails of the s***m cells may be attacked, rendering them immobile. Should the antibodies come from the woman, the heads of the s***m cells are likely targets. In either case, the s***m cells become weakened and are unable to pe*****te the mucus secretion of the cervix, which sits on the va**na and forms the gateway to the womb.
In the same vein, if the woman’s va**na is too acidic, it becomes inhospitable to the s***m cells which thrive in an alkaline environment and may thus inadvertently kill them. Antis***m antibodies in either the man or woman suggest a previous INFECTION.

2. Defective cervical mucus
One of the functions of cervical mucus is to help guide or transport the s***m to the egg or o**m. The mucus is thin, watery and stretchy before and during ovulation. But after ovulation, consistency of the mucus changes and it becomes thick and sticky, inelastic and inhibitive to the movement of s***m, closing the way to the cervix and to the womb and the egg. With the gate thus shut, the s***m naturally flows backward and outwards! Thick cervical mucus all-cycle-round may indicate inflammation and excitement of the glands of the cervix. This may be due to an infection, diary intolerance, irritation by chemical agent in soaps, tampons or sanitary pads and douching substances. Hormonal imbalance may also have a hand in it. So also over consumption of white sugar, and overuse of medications which may have upset the balance of friendly bacteria population vis¬a-vis the unfriendly bacterial flora.

3. OR**SM. Before a woman attains or**sm, there is an increased blood flow to the ge***al area in preparation for the receipt of the s***m. Or**sm disperses the blood, thus decongesting the ge***al tract to enable the s***m move more swiftly. The contraction of the muscles as well helps to transport the s***m. Where a woman does not attain or**sm before the s***m are received, this could harm her conception, although this is not a cast iron rule.

4. Retroverted uterus. In women with retroverted uterus, the mouth of the uterus sitting on the va**na is pushed forward. This means s***m may first be fired to the back side of the cervix from where they have to find their way back again to the neck of the cervix. Many never make it. The solution is to lie on her right-hand or left-hand side whenever you and your husband are trying to conceive. What side to lie on will depend on to which side the uterus is tilted. Discuss this with your gynaecologist.

5. P***S that is too long. It is believed that men with too long p***s may misfire s***m during ej*******on and miss the target. For this reason, some authorities suggest that they pull back the shaft about three inches in the va**na vault just before ej*******on.

:The time blood flows out of your private area, when you are on your periods
: Days it takes to see another blood in the month. If your period last started in march 11th and it started again on April 10th 2019, then you have 30days cycle (count from 11march to 10th April).
NOTE: It is not true to believe its 28days cycle, different women have different cycles ranging from 21-35 days, so you have to know how long your circle is. This is prone to change.
: This is time when an egg kt being released from your ovaries to the uterus and its also time to get pregnant without stress. This is 2 weeks after your period or 2 weeks before the next period.
Here's a simple way to calculate your ovulation (unsafe) period.
1. From the first day you see the blood of your period.
2. Pick up a calendar and count 15 days including the first day of the blood stain.
3. Mark the 15th day with a pen.
4. Mark 3 days before the 15th day, and mark 3 days after the 15th day.
6. You will notice you have 7 days marked.
These 7 days are your ovulation/fertile days also known as unsafe period. From 12th to 18th day after your periods.
That is if you have s*x on any of these days, then you have 98% chances of being pregnant.
If you have a 28 days circle, your most fertile days are the 13th, 14th and 15th days after your period. Some of you are not infertile, you just have s*x on the wrong days.
7. Do this every month diligently, meet your partner on your most fertile days.
.
For example:
Remember you marked 7 days above which are your fertile days, meaning the rest are your safe days.
1. If your period is 11th March, 2019,
2. 15 days after the first day of the blood stain will be on 25th of the same March (2weeks after) counting from 11th.
3. 15th day is on the 25th March 2019.
4. 3days before the 15th day is 22, 23, 24.
5. 3days after 25th July 2017 is 26,27,28.
6. 22-28th July (7days) is when you are ovulating. It is your fertile period.
**Don't forget that the 7 days is a reminder that s***m stays in the female body for about 7 days. Any s*xual contact in between ovulation period will get you pregnant

8.So when subtract your fertile days, your safe days are 1st day of your period to 11th day after your periods... but i would advise you end on the 10th if you want surity, safe days before your ovulation are not too safe cause you dont know when exactly you will ovulate and how long the s***ms will stay in your body.
Another set of safe days which a very safe and you dont expect pregnancy in this period are the 18th day after your periods until your next period. These are days after your ovulation period.
BUT REMEMBER, NO TYPE OF FAMILY PLANNING/CONTRACEPTIVES IS 100%EFFECTIVE, BE IT HORMONAL, NATURAL OR BARRIER METHOD LIKE CONDOMSM YOU ALWAYS HAVE SOME CHANCES OF GETTING PREGNANT THO VERY MINIMAL.

You don't need a doctor, to know you are ovulating and are on your fertile days. 12th to 18th day after your periods, you may feel the following:
