*Directions*
Dissolve sttp in water (mix well till dissolves
Add sodium metasillicate and mix thoroughly
Add sulphonic acid and mix thoroughly
Add butyol oxitol and mix thoroughly
Add caustic soda
Ready to use
*soak the pot for 5-10 minutes, use vim to scrub all the dirty off*
*can be used in ovens, stoves, tubs *
*it’s not for everyday use*
*it’s not gentle with hands so use Vaseline soon after or use gloves if you have *

*How to make Bath bombs*
*Ingredients to be used*
1)250g baking soda
2)125g citric acid
3)125g cornstarch
4)62.5g Epsom salts
5)2 tablespoons of almond oil or any natural oil
6)Few drops of fragrance (any of your choice)
7)1 tablespoon of cold water
8)15 to 20 drops of soap dye (any colour of your choice)

*Materials needed*
1) Mixing bowl
2) wooden spoon to stir the ingredients
3) gloves
4)bath bombs moulds

*Procedure*
1)ln a mixing bowl mix baking soda, citric acid,corn starch and Epsom salts together
2)Add almond oil or any natural oil and fragrance and water and mix well
3)Add soap dye and mix well
4) Place the mixture in the moulds and leave it for 24 hours to harden and then they are ready for use

Raw Chemicals
1. Tallow 360g
2. Soap stock/sludge 240g
3. Water 250g
4. Caustic soda 60g
5. Dolomite 95g
6. Sless/sulphonic/soda ash/cde
7. Dye blue/ green liquid
8. Perfume lemon fresh or lavender
9 Salt/sodium silicate one teaspoon
Direction
1. Measure your ingredients
2. Dissolve caustic soda into 250ml of water PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO PUT WATER FIRST INTO A PLASTIC CONTAINER BEFORE ADDING CAUSTIC SODA THIS IS CALLED CAUSTIC SODA SOLUTION
3. Heat tallow until mixed with sless
4. Add s soap stock and mix well
5. Add dolomite and mix well
6. Add caustic soda solution and mix well
7. Add salt
8.Add dye and perfume and mix well
9. Pour the mixture into moulds and remove the soup from the moudls when it has hardened

Please note you can add dye and perfume before caustic soda solution for best results

WASHING POWDER FORMULATION

RAW CHEMICALS

Soda ash 500g
Sodium sulphate 50g
STTP 100g
Sulphonic acid 100g
Salt 50g
Perfume accrding to one's taste
Colour speckles 50g

DIRECTION

Measure your ingredients

Pour soda ash, STTP and sodium sulphate and mix well.

Sprinkle Sulphonic Acid in the mixture and mix well

Add salt and mix well

Add perfume and mix well

Leave to dry on sunlight or air

Add colour speckles

Pack the product
