A beautiful journey has come to an end. After weeks of dedicated home-based physiotherapy sessions, this wonderful couple has officially graduated. I will truly miss our time together and the warmth they shared, but my heart is so full seeing their incredible progress. Wishing them a future of continued good health and happiness.

For our U18 rugby warriors, the off-season is your chance to get a leg up on the competition.

Here’s your Physio’s quick guide:

1. REST: Active recovery only for 2-3 weeks. Let your body and mind reset.
2. REHAB: Got a ni**le? NOW is the time to fix it. Don't carry it into next year!
3. BUILD: Focus on strength, mobility, and fixing weaknesses. This is your injury prevention.
4. FUEL: Good food and hydration are still non-negotiable.

We are the home of Active Recovery in Athletes. Our rugby athletes, the off-season is the key to dominating next season.

Here's your blueprint for a powerful 6-8 week rugby-specific off-season:

Phase 1: Recover (Weeks 1-2) Active recovery& light cardio. Reset the body and mind.

Phase 2: Rebuild (Weeks 3-6) Build general strength,aerobic base, and re-introduce power.

Phase 3: Refine (Weeks 7-8) Focus on rugby-specific speed,movement patterns, and contact.

Stop just working hard and start working SMART. 💪
