Hello Summer but....

Q: Why are my feet cracking?
A: Common causes include dry skin, standing long hours, open shoes, or skin conditions like eczema/athlete’s foot. Diabetes and thyroid issues can also contribute.

Quick fix: Moisturise daily, soak and exfoliate gently, wear closed shoes, and use cotton socks overnight.

See a doctor if: Cracks are deep, painful, infected, or if you have diabetes.

❓ Q: Which is the best hospital for me to visit with no shortfalls?

💡 A: If you are not sure which medical aid plan you are on, the first step is to contact your medical aid provider. Most have a 24-hour call centre ready to assist you.
👉 Check the contact number on your medical aid card (which you should always carry in your wallet for emergencies).
👉 You can also consult your broker for guidance on which hospitals are covered under your plan.
