I think CoQ10 is one of those underrated supplements for PCOS.
1) It supports egg quality by improving mitochondrial function so basically giving your eggs better energy to mature properly.
2) It also helps with hormone balance, especially when it comes to the FSH to LH ratio
which is important in PCOS because LH tends to run higher than FSH.
3) It supports heart health, can improve cholesterol levels, and even helps with insulin resistance.
And something I found really interesting… there are studies showing that taking about 100mg daily over 12 weeks can actually improve anxiety and depression scores.
