Pat-Ella is in the gym today helping our physio teach people to deadlift without pain. Kaitlin is trained to work with athletes and often uses barbell exercises to ensure people can keep up with their strength routines during injuries and to help build strength to prevent future injuries 🏋🏻‍♀️
