Thanks to everyone that joined me today for our fundraising event, it was lovely to see some old faces, new faces and a young face 😀. I still have the rest of the raffles to draw after Wednesday nights yoga class and I will update on the amount and pass over the funds to Helen Summers to add to Calvin Cheyne’s rehabilitation fundraiser, we wish Calvin (and Stefanie and family) continued strength and determination to get through each day and to a happy, healthy future ahead. Many thanks for the donations and the many raffles too.

I will be selling raffle tickets next Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in the studio or on facebook for the charity event/fundraiser of a yoga session, £5 a strip.

Any donations would be most appreciated.

I shall be including in the raffle a yoga session block (4 weeks).

Remember it takes place on Monday 31st March at the studio from 2pm-3pm anyone welcome you don’t need to be attending my classes to come along 🤍📿this will be followed by a cuppa and pancake ☕️

Some kind person has nominated me for The Heart & Soul Awards 2025 for Wellness Practitioner UK - feel free to give me a vote if you want - just happy that someone took the time to nominate me thank you very much.

The studio has been open 6 years this June and faced the challenge of closing due to Covid but we continued online and that is when the private online yoga group started filming “live” yoga sessions and still continues to this day on a Monday evening with several loyal yogis.

My teaching began 20 years ago but my own practice began 29 years ago and I have been so fortunate to have fantastic tutors and role models to learn from and study with. Last January I underwent a full hip replacement and my recovery went very well due to my yoga practice which only paused a wee while. My family like many have it’s ups and downs and my yoga is my saving grace along with all the yogis past,present and still to come that continue to support me.

I have some free spaces for aerial yoga birthday parties in May and June.
These are 50 minute session of yoga, use of the hall for an hour, the use of 8 hammocks (so 8 guests). Kids can be left or you can stay and watch the session.
Lots of fun for ages from 5 upwards. 🥳🎂
