MARS IN TA**US 2024: CLEANING HOUSE
Eliminating Strain & Creating Ease With The Power of Emotional Alchemy
♉Sunday, June 9th, 2024 at 12:34 AM Eastern Time, Mars entered Ta**us. Mars, ruler of Aries ♈️ and the 1st house, co-ruler of Scorpio ♏️ 8th house, represented by the ram, and named for the Roman God of War, carries the very essence of victorious action. Ta**us, ruled by Venus, and ruler of the 2nd house, carries the essence of the root chakra. When Mars is in the sign of Ta**us, he is making strides to ensure his own sustainability. ♉
♉ Mars in Ta**us is responsible for constructing the framework of our lives. He is the trusted carpenter, or the handy DIYer. He also sits at the table balancing checkbooks and filling envelopes with cash allotments, to make sure everyone stays within the budget.
♉ This particular transit of Mars in Ta**us is under the unyielding pressure of his emotions, and we’re all feeling it...especially those of us with prominent fixed sign placements.
♉ This event has an intercepted 1st house beginning with a late degree Aquarius Ascendant, ending just after the North Node at 13° Aries, totally engulfing Pisces within it. This means that the elephant in the room is that we haven’t prioritized our feelings (physical or emotional) as valid indicators of anything other than a measure of our strength or weakness. Neptune and Saturn and Pisces has shown us otherwise by unveiling mental and physical health crisis after crisis. Everyone has issues, everything is poisonous, you can’t trust anyone, etc. You get the drift.
♉ The proverbial wool has been ruthlessly snatched from our eyes, and slow, trodding, stubborn Ta**us is at wits-end. Something’s gotta give. Everything we have absorbed, retained, and swept under the rug in the name of tradition, financial stability, image, or the avoidance of our emotions, has collected under the water and grown into the iceberg that turned the Titanic into an empty tuna can.
♉ After the revelations of the New Moon in Gemini, and the gifts of increased perception and forward movement presented to us by the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction, Mars in Ta**us is tasked with building paradise. The culmination of these energies teaches us that feeling good is actually more practical and rewarding than looking good. And the benefit of feeling good, is that you automatically look good, because it radiates from the inside-out.
♉ How to activate this transit? Emotional Alchemy. Put simply, it’s the process of allowing your emotions to guide your glow-up. It isn’t just about emotions as you know them, this transformative skill utilizes feelings of all kinds. You have to listen to your body, too.
