Morning everyone, I'm very excited to share a new venue with you, I will still be holding my Gong baths at frating once a month but thought I'd share this date and venue with you all too.
At Brightlingsea United Church Hall, Co70hf meeting from 7pm for a 7.30pm start. 8 spaces left xx 🙏🙌

Looking forward to holding space for you all tonight, don't forget to bring a mat/reclining chair, pillow, bolster if you have one and blanket to keep you warm, if you need to borrow anything please message me and I'll do my best to help.

Thank you to everyone who came out on this cold evening to join me at my sound bath tonight, it was lovely to see you all. This was my last one this year as December is such a busy for month for everyone, I will be holding my next one in January, I will post dates on here as soon as possible. ❤️

Morning, looking forward to seeing everyone tonight from 7pm for a 7.30pm start, please don't forget to wear warm comfy clothes, bring a mat or chair, a pillow and blanket to keep you cosy. Please remember parking is limited so park with consideration for others so we can fit as many cars out the front. Thank you so much 🫶🙏 ###
