I hope 2025 has started well for you.
I’m very thankful to live in happy chaos with my husband, young children and our puppy.
Life is busy and sometimes we need reminding that putting our own needs to the top of the list is necessary!
When I feel distracted or stuck or anything other than present, I know I need movement - any form for me is medicine, including having a good ole stretch n shake in the kitchen!
So just a little reminder that you don’t need to run a marathon or execute the perfect yoga poses to find transformation, any movement can help you drop into your body and create space in your mind 💫
Nervous system reset
Although our lives have drastically changed since the days of living in the forest, our brains haven’t developed that much-our primal brain still reacts the fastest and speaks the loudest. 🧠
We’re all still animals on a survival mission and if you feel anxious or overwhelmed, it can be really beneficial to use practices like this to communicate with your nervous system and connect to a sense of calm… hope it helps xx
