Fleurtea Cocktail recipe

Rose hip & blackberry bramble

50ml Gin
25ml FleurTea rose hip syrup
25ml lemon juice
Handful of blackberries
Add all to your cocktail shaker with ice
Shake up well and pour over ice
Top up with soda water
Add a few rosehip flowers for decoration

Enjoy 🍸

Creating a syrup from Fleurtea teas 🍸

1. Pick your desired botanical tea
2. Add 1 cup of water to a pan
3. Add 1/2 cup sugar to the water
4. Add your desired Fleurtea tea
5. Boil slowly until it forms a syrup liquid
5. Strain and decant into desired bottle and cool.
Don’t forget to save some of the tea flowers for decorating your cocktail of choice.
