I provide information regarding the inter-relationships between nutrition, lifestyle, other health conditions, and environmental issues and mental health. I am Board Certified in General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and have over 24

years of experience working solely with children with all types of emotional and behavioral problems, although also have much experience working with adults as well. Many of these conditions can be improved using natural treatments and either avoid or lessen the need for medication.
