Getting your exercise in with young ones.. HOW YOU CAN GET IT DONE:

1. Involve them (age depending). My littles are so young, workouts WITH them are sometimes unproductive (reality check!) and that's okay! Don't stress it - find another solution.

Alternate:

2. Walk/Jog. Exercise is exercise - just get moving! Do what works for you with where you (and your family) are at. The phase you're in won't last forever.
3. Utilize nap time or after the kids go down at night. All of our workouts on YouTube are short, sweaty and effective (for this reason exactly- we are busy!)

I have been getting my hands dirty in the kitchen and writing down all my new creations! Get ready for some new content on YouTube!

We had some really busy weeks over here..but the show goes on and my toddlers are constantly savaging through food!

I've gotten inspired to find a functional rhythm in the kitchen for the whole fam. A healthy and tasty breakfast schedule, quick snacks, quick dinners (with *fingers crossed* some leftovers for lunch).
