The life-changing benefits of yoga don’t come quickly, but they do come; they creep up on you over time and from my experience as a male yoga enthusiast, men are missing out! I am often the only man when I join the local yoga class, and I believe this is due to being self-conscious. You can overcome this by joining YogaDog. YogaDog is a men's yoga group, hosted by Bex Hale, a fully qualified and wonderful yoga teacher, and me, an enthusiastic amateur. We are offering a fundaMENtals course of six 1 hour sessions over six weeks. This carefully designed six-week introduction aims to instil confidence and knowledge, enabling men to continue their yoga practice independently or confidently join other yoga classes.
