To really heal from the inside you must give your body the best chances at repairing itself. Body Stress Release is the only modality that relies on the body's natural wisdom to heal. If you follow your BSR practitioner's advice regarding resting times, posture and other lifestyle factors, you are more likely to experience gradual and often times sudden improvements. We are not providing a quick fix, we do not do manipulations, work with meridians or provide palliative care. We simply unveil the locations of built up stress, and gently nudge the nervous system to acknowledge and begin leading the body on the path of repair.
